Ghost Town is about a girl trying to save the world from vampires and humans killing each other. Claire lives in Morganville with her boyfriend Shane and her friends Michael and Eve. She works for a professor that sets up boundaries for the vampires. One day they went to a party that got out of control – some frat boys killed a vampire – that turned into a small war before the headmaster Amelie came in and stopped the rage. One of the frat boys got sent-tend to a cage to die for punishment – no food, no water, and a lot of humidulation – as for killing a vampire. Claire gets sent-tend to finish the machine, but after she was done Myrnin changed a few parts that he thought were wrong.
